  • You agree to pay the initial one-month one-time fee for your selected plan.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • After the initial month, billing and services will be managed by HWA Home Warranty, Inc.

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration and payment.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or payment information.
  • Comply with all terms outlined by both AGNES SOLUTIONS LLC and HWA Home Warranty, Inc.
