- General Policy
- All payments made to AGNES SOLUTIONS LLC are initial one-month one-time fee.
- Once payment is processed and services are activated, refunds will not be issued for any reason, including cancellation of the plan.
- Exceptions
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Payment: If you are accidentally charged twice for the same service, we will refund the duplicate payment upon verification.
- Service Not Rendered: If AGNES SOLUTIONS LLC fails to provide the agreed-upon services within the initial one-month period, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
- Refund Process
To request a refund under the exceptions outlined above:

- Provide your name, contact information, and proof of payment (e.g., transaction ID).
- Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.
- Transfers to HWA Home Warranty, Inc.
After the initial one-month period, your account and services will be transferred to our partner, HWA Home Warranty, Inc. Any refund requests after this transfer must be directed to HWA Home Warranty, Inc. and are subject to their refund policy.
